Quester Ng has 39 Years of teaching experience across Asia, and has been an Education Director since 1997. Heading the Toni & Guy Academy Singapore for 18 years previously, and bringing his expertise consulting for different renowned academies and salons. He forayed also into barbering in 2013. Enabling him to tailor learning solutions to suit individual learners in both streams of hairdressing and barbering.

Janice K began her hairdressing career from 1998 with Toni & Guy Singapore, becoming an Artistic Director from 2006. Foraying into barbering from 2013, she co-founded an all men’s grooming brand, We Need A Hero with Spa Esprit Group, creating a niche for herself. She also developed Hero Academy in 2018, another great milestone. To date has 26 years of experience in the industry, with 20 years of training experience.
